Their problem
Nippoh Chemicals CO., LTD is a company designated for iodine and cyan chemistry. Their operators had to make frequent check-up and maintenance with the existing Belt press before introducing the VOLUTE™ Dewatering Press. Sludge condition changed time to time so that diluted sludge often spilled over from the side of filter cloth, making operators to clean up the machine every three hours. The management recognized inefficiency of frequent operator work with this existing machine, so they decided to improve the process for sludge treatment.
