The testing company we’d been using to measure the number of bacteria in the air informed us they were going out of business, and we were wondering whom we should ask next time. So, we asked you, from which we had always requested water quality testing, if you could perform the measurement. Your reply was; “we’ve done similar work in the past, but don’t have much recent experience.” However, soon after that, you looked into the relevant laws, regulations, and inspection measurement methods, and at an early stage, you responded that you can do the measurement. So, we decided to ask you to do it. I witnessed the initial on-site measurement work and was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently you handled it.
