The terrace in the courtyard, where sunlight pours in, provides a refreshing space. You can not only take a break while watching the seasonal flowers but also use it for meetings among employees. Each floor of the office building has a free coffee server.

This system awards individuals who are considered to have most embodied and practiced the above-mentioned dedications through a voting process which takes place on an annual basis. The reasons for voting are written on individual cards, where the accolade is awarded to the individuals. By recognizing and appreciating the hidden efforts/actions of employees across departments and expressing gratitude for daily support/cooperation, it contributes to the overall improvement of teamwork and motivation within the company.
